Really easy to get in, they communicate via Whatsapp which is great the day before you check in and are quick to reply with any queries. Would suggest adding a couple of UHT milk sachets would be beneficial.

Good location but some furnishings need attention
It would have been helpful to be told, when I asked a few days before arrival if it was possible to store my luggage at the hotel. Instead I was told to contact them again the day before arrival, not a big thing but one more thing to have to do before arrival. The location is good, convenient to restaurants, museums and Earls Court tube. Not so good are the furnishings. The coffee table in the living room is wobbly and about to fall apart the bed in the bedroom needs a new mattress. The fan in the bathroom does not work. It was nice to have a little coffee for the first morning, tea bags, milk and sugar. We didn't cook but there was basic equipment in the kitchen. I liked the big windows.

Disappointing
Honestly I didnt enjoy my stay at this property. I stayed there for about 2 weeks and regretted every single day. Room size abd kitchen were extremely small. No cupboards at all in the room so you will have to live in the bags. No cleaning done in these 2 weeks. Room had barely any lights so it always seemed dark. Would never book with them again

Great location and felt safe and is close to Earl's court underground. Nice man who welcomed us and who we could contact if we had any issues. We stayed in a small double. 4 steps down to the room with a double bed in and small kitchen area and a separate shower room. Very small room with just enough space to walk sidewards beside the bed. If you had a big case there would be nowhere to put it. Access to a microwave and good size fridge was helpful. The cleaning was ok but the top of the cupboards had not been cleaned for a while. Bed comfy. The room heater was a bit difficult to figure out but we got there. Would I stay here again? would probably shop around but if you are looking for a base to sleep and options to make snacks then yes probably would return.

I was extremely disappointed in my stay here. This felt like a dorm room and did NOT look like the photos. The rooms were quite small, the bed was uncomfortable with poor quality linens, my desk chair was missing screws and provided one roll of toilet paper for x5 night stay. In addition, it didn't feel clean with hairs in the bathroom and cob webs on the ceiling. All I can say is the photos are NOT what the room looked like and they were unable to move me to a different room. I was in England for 3 weeks and this was the most expensive per night place I stayed and was sadly the worst condition. I would recommend staying at any other location surrounding the area - lots of other options.
