The underground hotel was great. The shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. For a short stay it doesn't matter that there are no windows. The only sounds are a slight rumble of tube trains and the airco.

Lovely staff that were present at all times. The room itself was nice however, the aircon was intermittent due to the size of the room, this meant it got hot quickly as it turned off. It did cool down quickly though. The shower was great, it’s worth bearing in mind that you don’t have much privacy from other guests in the bathroom. So make sure you are comfortable with who you stay with in that regard. There are toilets in the lobby that would suit the most shy pooper though.

To be honest, last minute stay, location excellent as we were in the vicinity for a theatre show and literally it was next to the theatre. Very quirky underground hotel, lots of tunnels underground.extremely clean, however, the toilets were like you would get on a plane or cruise ship where it’s sucked away, when you had a shower there was lots of clunking noises and water did not stay hot for very long. Even though it was close to underground station, the noise did not disturb you. You lose all contact with the outside world as there are no windows, WiFi was not that great. No Television or Kettle. It was ok for one night but would not stay any longer than that. Also, can’t check in before 15.00pm unless you pay £40.00 early room or £15.00 to leave your bags each day. Rooms where secure though, had to use room key to gain access to front of hotel and to get through to corridors where the rooms were.
