First experience of a hotel stay with no windows and did find it very odd. Rooms were clean and presentable. Would have liked more than one pillow. Overall a good stay for the great location.

Incredible location
Very very central. Cannot get a more central location. The no windows is good for a night but more than that and it’s weird. Very very basic and don’t expect any service but clean and great showers. The location at the price wins it every time.

Worst experience checking in at a hotel EVER
This has been the worst experience ever using Hotels.com! Had a confirmed and guaranteed reservation in this awful hotel for 2 nights, reservations was paid. After delays and cancellations got to the hotel at 2am but messaged previously to be sure someone was there to check in. We has already sent our passports information for each guest for a quicker and easier check in. When we Check in personnel says hotel is full and just gives us a paper with hotels.com phone number. It is 3am we have nowhere to check in now because check in in most hotels is 3pm. Hotels.com says refund will take 72 hours. Multiple calls including one call for 2 1/2 hours and another call for one hour. I was just promised they will look for accommodations but never got a call back. 5:00am tired and nowhere to go. Last call we got a reservation to a better hotel checking in at 3:00pm, they paid the difference. Bottom line we had nowhere to go for almost 12 hours. The worst thing is this hotel kept offering availability in all hotel websites. Don’t understand… Zedwell Piccadilly sucks

Enjoyable stay, room clean and comfortable and close to everything. Yes no TV, window chair or anything in room just bed and bathroom but only slept in room so didn't need them. Staff very helpful, will stay again
