Staff was very attentive. Check in was very easy, housekeeping staff was very friendly. They arranged to have our luggage forwarded to Kyoto, which was the 3rd leg of our trip. Price for forwarding out bags was exceptional. Location is close to shopping, dining and transportation. The only thing that took some getting used to is how small hotel rooms are in Japan.

It was an amazing experience. You can enjoy the city when you walk down the hotel, many shops to see around like Uniqlo and Muji Store. and It is like in the center if you wish to see Akihabara and Asakusa and at the same time Shinjuku and Shibuya this place is at the center of all. I really think that hotel is sparkling clean. I enjoy my stay and probably recommend to people who will visit Tokyo. Thank you!

Great location to stay at in Ginza. Transportation is quite accessible to the location and there’s many shops around like convenience stores to walk to. The hotel room was clean and had nice amenities. I would say that the rooms are typically very small and enough for having one luggage open at a time. The front desk was very polite and helpful in trying to get my group sorted with luggage retrieval and delivery.
