The place was nice and convenient and we had a great time with such a perfect location. But the rooms of the lower tier are way too small for a family (2 adults/one 3 year old). I repeat, be careful the room is very small on lower tiers. As in Shinjuku - the hotel doesn't feel like a hotel rather like a budget friendly inn given that basically after midnight there is no staff. Its quite clean, room is equipped to what is needed. If you are here only to wake up, change, shower and sleep in - this is the spot! Recommended, if you are looking for a hotel “experience” this is not it definitely.

Super clean, room on the smaller side but great value for money, 10 minutes away from Shinjuku station. Great variety of restaurants around by far one of the best areas of Shinjuku
