Great place , gteat location
Great place. Room a good size.. studio double... all the amenities, friendly and helpful staff. Bus right outside takes u to Shinjuku station.. 3 stops .. right in the heart of Shinjuku. Metro a 5 minutes walk and supermarket across the main road.. Just perfect for us..

Great helpful and smiling Reception staff, and excellent English skills. Small gym near reception, featuring a couple of treadmills and bikes, and only hand weights - but useful. Rooms and well spaced (for Japan) with useful kitchenette and quality amenities. This hotel is a great choice - it's only downfall being it is at the far end of Shinjuku, and about 15 mins walk from main restaurants. Nearest subway is a 450metre walk, with stores and supermarket within that range. Worthwhile. Remember - there are two Citadines near Shinjuku, so make sure your GPS is leading you to the correct one.

Very Good8.0
A good experience
After more than a week of micro-rooms in other hotels, it was wonderful to have space to open our bags and spread out. Also wonderful to have a kitchen and easy access to an in-house laundromat. Very convenient location as well. Overall a very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Holiday in Japan
Checked in was easy and staff were friendly. The location is about 7 minutes walk from the subway. It has a bug supermarket nearby and you can buy dinner and breakfast. The hotel room has a small kitchenette and good size bathroom. They provide free storage while we were away two nights taking side trips from Tokyo. I will stay again in this hotel .
