8/10 Very good

Decent stay
Our stay with Hundred Stay was pretty good overall. Although it says Shinjuku, it is actually a good 15-20 mins walk from Shinjuku station. Room came with kettle, working desk, decent wifi, air humidifier, microwave, a clean and functional bathroom. I booked a superior room for a couple with an 11 year old. Space was limited but we managed. Room was clean

Great upbeat area with lots of hole-in-the-wall food places. Great access via train to all of Tokyo, takes a day to figure out but is well worth the effort. The hotel is clean with great friendly staff. Family-friendly room with washer and dryer. Yes, I will return.

Great hotel. The room is clean and very comfortable. The area around the hotel has great food options too. Check out the cafe 9(Gusto Okubo-Shop), Saray Kebab, or find whatever you need at Don Quijote.

6/10 Good

Not bad
Overall it was good. But sometimes I could hear loud banging sound in middle of the night. That woke me up several times. It was annoying for sure. I think some people brought some random people to the hotel room illegally even though front people were there 24/7. Room itself was okay. Simple and clean. Had a great city view, small kitchen, small table, chairs, Bathroom was clean. Good for solo or couple. Without a card, you can not to enter the elevator. Security was not that bad. Location wise, really great. You can access Shinjuku 15 min by walk, 3 min to Okubo station, 7 min to Shin Okubo station. There is lot of restaurants, some cafes, convenience stores. Some of them are 24/7.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent location and a good value for price
Excellent location, right next to the station and with easy access to lots of food options. Room had almost everything I needed. Only complaint is that there is a kitchen but you have to buy dish soap/a sponge whereas in other apart-hotels I have stayed at they are provided. Having a gym was an added plus. Staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, while there is a laundry room the dryer absolutely sucked - 2 hours and my clothes were still hot and damp so I wound up just hanging them around my room.
