Very Poor Quality with Noise
This hotel is maybe in the worst shape I’ve ever seen a hotel. All the carpets are dirty mirrors in the room are cracked. There is no sound protection for the windows so if you are on the street it feels like you were on the street and if you are facing the subway, it is so loud. Almost every piece of furniture is in bad shape. The entire hotel is so dirty with so many stains that it is shocking. The staff is amazing and are very accommodating, but the hotel needs an investment to make it look nice. It was embarrassing to stay here.

The hotel was ok staff very helpful room had kettle whis is a nice thing to have also a sink and mawave with is nice to see specialy if you finish work late you can grab something .the only issue was the there was not cooked breakfast which would have been nice but on the other side break was ok .and with the hotel next to a main underground and railway line my room was right next did really hear much only very so offen Rooms were clean and very well looked after well done.the house maids thank you .

Location, especially mr Suleymans professionalism and helpfullness has made me enjoy my stay. The rooms were large and warm, the beds were big and soft. I cant make a comment about food since i didnt eat. It is trustable, comftable and vry near the center, i reccomend a stay to everyone

Comfortable
My stay was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of teething problems with my room, no plug socket or lamp near the bed, gap between bed and wall at the head end, but when I told the staff they accepted my feedback gracefully and are putting this right. Overall I had a restful nights sleep. The location is good, opposite the tube station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights here, the bed was really uncomfortable and the room only fit the bed basically. Thankfully we were out and about all day as the property was in a super convent location, literally across the street to the Piccadilly line which brought us to central London and directly to the airport. There’s also some nice restaurants nearby but I wouldn’t stay here for any longer than we did solely because of the mattress. If you just need a place to crash for a few days when you’re travelling around the Uk then this place wasn’t horrible compared to the price of some other places.

Very tidy hotel on the inside. Staff were extremely helpful. Room that we had was clean and recently renovated. Outside the building looks very tired, however the inside, along with the lobby is a welcome surprise. Northfields underground station is just across the road. We did not experience any noise at night from the underground trains. Very positive experience.

Very clean rooms
The environment is good, opposite a train and bus station. The room by the train track is noisy. The toilet is clean but small for a best Western hotel. I think this is acceptable in London hotels when compared to hotels in the US where you have big bathroom and toilet. With the kitchenette, i expected a bit of cutleries, and a cooker, not just microwave and fridge with a washing area. Overall I will say that the staff are well mannered and accessible and they listen to your complaint and try to resolve it. The size of the toilet and bath is basically what i dont like. It is made for a small or short person

This is good value for a basic property in a convenient location. The property was undergoing some repairs while we were there, but the noise was bearable. The rooms are basic and clean. However, the hallways feel rather run down, cardboard on the ceiling and the hallway carpets are very worn and stained.

Un hotel care necesita o renovare mai amplă. Zona de mic dejun deloc plăcută, mocheta foarte murdară, gemurile de la camera erau foarte vechi, se auzea tot zgomotul de afară mai ales ca am avut camera pe partea cu liniile de tren. In schimb poziționarea hotelului este ideală, fix la gura de metrou, linie directa cu centru orașului.
