I booked a bed in a women room in Hatters. When I arrived, Hatters was closed. By chance I learned that all who booked in Hatters get rooms in nearby Sarina. I was not informed about this. Staff at Sarina's was very friendly, but the environment very noisy.

泊まったのが週末だったせいで、1階のクラブの音(振動)が夜遅くまで上の方の階までダダ漏れ。トイレに紙が無い。洗面所はお湯が出るのにシャワーはお湯が出ない。オマケに半分くらいは壊れてて使えない。レセプションの対応も開き直った感じで宿泊中に改善される事はありませんでした。ホステくは求めませんが、宿泊所として最低限の条件はクリアしていないと感じざるを得ないです。これまで、様々な国の様々なホステルに泊まってますが、自分の中では間違いなくワーストNo.1ホステルでした。

There are rats in there! Can't recommend it
The staff is great but the overall place is so badly dirt. The is full of stains. The male toilet have water leak and the kitchen is pretty much the same standard. The worst thing is that I stayed here for 3 nights but in one of them a rat got inside my backpack and ate some biscuits that I had just bought. Exactly! A rat! It left a hole in my bag and ate my food while it was in the room. How can you accept a place where they don't even have decent pest control?

Na jedną noc wystarczy
Ciekawy budynek, fajna stylówka. Niestety nad czystością można popracować. W wielu miejscach walające się papiery itp. Obsługa miła i kompetentna. Co prawda rezerwowałem czwórkę, a dostałem ósemkę, ale spaliśmy tam w cztery osoby. Niestety w dniu przyjazdu nieczynne były toalety i prysznice, a następnego dnia nie było śniadania. Pani zaproponowała 20% rabatu lub bezpłatną rezygnację. Ale było późno i trzeba było przecierpieć. Okolica z dużą ilością barów. Generalnie fajne miejsce ... szkoda, że tak nie bardzo zadbane.

VARNING!! Stay away from this place
Very runned down place. A lot of dirt in the corners. Men´s toilets broken for my whole two nights stay. Showers, toilets and bin´s were extremely dirty. The (so to be called) breakfast is a big joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

旅店有5层楼高，房间在4楼，没有电梯，厕所，洗浴在3楼，门卡搞不好就消磁，住了一晚上上下下三次，晚上上厕所也被关在门外，床塌陷严重，是很严重，有厨房，能煮食，但厨具就无法忍受，锅都是锈，有如马路边的废品，没有吃饭用刀叉，防火门出来进去啪啪响，早餐牛奶，面包，果酱，荞麦片，前台小哥服务还不错，地点好，离巴士站不远。21磅的12人间，心里有点冤

Für 300 EUR für 3 Tage eine totale Frechheit!!! Ausstattung des Zimmers spärlich (TV und Nachtischlampe funktionierten nicht) und dreckig. Die Waschräume waren eine Katastrophe. Will gar nicht wissen wann da das letzte Mal geputzt wurde! In einer Dusche lag Dreck (oder Ähnliches in braun :-() und ein Klo lief über und das Wasser lief durch den ganzen Raum. Ich bin froh, dass ich mir in den drei Tagen nichts eingeholt habe! Das einzig positive war die Gegend!!! Das Northern Quarter ist eine hippe und coole Gegend mit süßen Cafés und coolen Geschäften, Pubs und Bars.

Not my worst but definitely not my best hostel!
Lovely staff, check in and out nice and easy. Free very basic breakfast (both in terms of provision and quality), excellent free WiFi. Mattress on the bed was not great, but the bedding was awesome. Showers and toilets for men were very badly signed, and they were in dire need of modernising. The shower worked on 10 second bursts at most and refused to get hot. The noisy dorm-mates all night really put me off a lot too, I won't be rushing to stay here again
