Great service, perfect for our stay. I appreciate the complimentary items available at the front desk. The room was smaller than western hotels, but still a good size for a couple with small luggage. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay at again.

A lovely stay overall
Small but clean and cozy room. Just enough space to spread out my luggage. Train can be heard from the outside, which didn't affect me much but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Convenient location as I needed to go to Tokyo Big Sight for an event, and airport is also easy to access. Restaurant on 2/F opens until 11pm, which was perfect for me as the event lasted until evening. Family Mart located at ground floor, which was very convenient too. Would love to be back if I need to go to Tokyo Big Sight again.

Great location, train station is within 5 minute walking and easy to get around. Family mart is downstairs and there are other convience stores within 2 minutes walking. Check in and out was really easy. Great customer service. They helped with luggage transfer to our next hotel.
