We loved staying there with our toddler. Staff was great and always willing to help. Also, the play area made a difference when having breakfast. The breakfast was nice too. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and everything was delicious. The hotel is also a few minutes away from the airport and so close to town if you take the train nearby. Me Also, easy to catch a train and visit Malmö.

Great hotel in Ørestaden
Being on the 20th floor we had a fantastic view of Amager. Nice touch with the bathtib and furthermore the heating on the bathroom floot, what a treat. But how on earth, in such a large hotel can you only have 8 channels on the TV? Not one news channel was available. That was a huge letdown for us and can't really remember staying in a hotel that made such a small effort for the entertainment in the room.

Receptionist terrible. I was checked in by a (what it looked like) Latin lady. She was literally one of the worst I’ve experienced. She was arrogant, cocky and made us feel uncomfortable. Will not go back.

Suveræn beliggenhed i forhold til koncerter i Royal Arena Virkelig godt arrangement med afterparty. Kan godt se at hotellet efterhånden har et par år på bagen. Fin service i reception og fra personale. Morgenmaden var ok, men kunne løsse bedre, ret lang kø til kaffe og morgenmads buffet

Drop morgenmaden
Morgenmaden var meget skuffende. Der var ikke plads til os, så vi blev henvist til restauranten ved siden af, som skulle have alt det samme mad. Desværre var der ikke den gode kaffemaskine med valgmuligheder. Til gengæld kunne vi venter 15 min på de fik fyldt kaffekanderne med nyt kaffe, som mindende som en sort kaffe der havde stået en halv dag. Der blev ikke fyldt op af hverken frugt, brød eller varmt, så der var ikke meget at vælge imellem. Morgenmaden vare til kl. 10.30, men kl. 9.58 blev vi bedt om at forlade restauranten, da de skulle gøre klar til frokost. Vi gik forbi den oprindelige morgenmad sted, her var der åben til 10.30 og enormt meget lækkert mad og drikkelse. Så alt i alt fordi de ikke havde styr på hvor mange overnattende gæster de har, blev vi snydt. Fremover køber vi bestemt ikke morgenmad med i købet. Det var spildt af 800kr.
