Comfortable business hotel with great service
Comfortable business hotel in a good location close to the city center and with nice water views if your room is on the right side. Room is comfortable but not new and has some tired elements like the bathtub and lack of universal wall plugs. The DKK 200 deposit for a $2 universal charger was a surprise, though staff and service quality were excellent. Also excellent were the breakfast buffet and the executive lounge with first-class cooked snacks, especially in the evening. Would recommend and will stay again.

On arrival, it felt quite like a conference hotel, but it is far from soulless! The gym is the best I have ever seen in a hotel (although it is a shame there is no pool/hot tub). The breakfast buffet was amazing and we really appreciated all the seasonal touches!

Nice hotel overall in decent location. Planning to visit again but will stay more centrally next time to save on the daily step count. Disappointed not to have water in room on arrival and bathroom was a bit inadequate for this class of hotel. Lovely breakfast and nice staff. Overall a good stay.
