Great location everything else was pretty average, not to say it's bad but nothing stood out, also the check in was a nightmare with around 100 people all checking in at the same time, the self check in pcs kept crashing and just 2 people chocking in on the desk it took a good 40 minutes.

Noisy neighbours.
Had to stay one night for work. Got to my room at 10pm and had to listen to 2 different people snoring so had a very uncomfortable night. Perhaps not the hotels fault just be warned that this is a super cheap hotel and it will feel a bit like a hostel at night. Very clean however and well made up. The paper walls means I won't be staying again however. Even 15 euro extra a night will get you another much more high quality place near by. I'd try there.

Okay.
It was okay, could be noisy at times. Have stayed at the CABINN metro before and much prefer that hotel. Staff were blunt. Decent location walking distance to the train station. Toilets downstairs were horrendous and looked like they had not been cleaned, human waste on the walls. Rooms were fine. Don’t think we would stay at this hotel again.

Dirty rooms, we asked them to change the room when we found sugar on the desk and hairs in the bed. The new room wasn't clean either, we got so itchy from the bed and the carpet was disgusting. Horrible service! Not professional or friendly. The system is often broken. Not vegan friendly, they confirmed there will be vegan options in the breakfast, then the breakfast staff said they never have vegan stuff. The staff blame stuff on eachother or us. Horrible coffee.

Bor stort set altid her, når jeg er i Kbh. Det ligger super centralt tæt på banegården, Vesterbro og indre by - og nu med den nye busholdeplads lige udenfor. Godt hotel til prisen.
