This was a great hotel to stay at as an introduction to Tokyo! It took about 1.5 hours to get there from Narita airport. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, which we were grateful for while fighting jetlag. In addition, the blackout curtains really helped with morning sunlight. The included breakfast is very popular and has something for everyone. We also appreciated the deodorant spray in the room, and the robes and slippers. Don't miss the daily map in the lobby that depicts the countries of origin of their guests that day!

Great stay here! Central to most places with easy access to subways, about 4 convenience stores within a short walking distance, the suprise of having a free breakfast for the length of our stay was amazing! Only gripe is the rooms could use a little touch up but we didn't come to Japan for the hotel room decor!

Peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle
This hotel was a lot nicer than we expected. Chose it because it had Family room (2 adults, 2 teens) - small but comfortable. We figured size didn't matter since we were just there to sleep! Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was small but nice. Could help yourself to bathroom items needed in the lobby area (the only thing they didn't supply was body lotion so I had to buy this as I didn't bring my own). Breakfast was by far the best we had in our 2 weeks in Japan - such a delicious buffet of both Japanese and western foods. Staff were all helpful and spoke great English. Handy 7-Eleven around the corner for supplies, and cute restaurants nearby on the main road. This hotel is in such a quiet area, was nice to return at night to peace after a day in the hustle and bustle. A 5-10 min walk to either Ayoyama-ichome or Nogizaka subway stations -from these you can easily get anywhere in Tokyo. We visited Shibuya, Meiji-jingu & Harajuku, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Imperial Palace, Akihabara, Akakusa etc - all easily accessible by train. In hindsight I may stay somewhere even closer to a station next time as my feet were so sore after a day of sightseeing, but if you don't mind another 5-10 mins walk it's a really lovely place to stay and definitely value for money - so hard to find family rooms at Japanese hotels! We all loved it!

Very tidy and welcoming modern hotel with helpful reception staff. The room was small but standard for Tokyo. The room facilities were plenty and reception was well stocked with complimentary toiletry items. The bathroom was well serviced with a very nice deep bath. Housekeeping was regular and to a good standard. Ample vending services and four laundry machines serviced the hotel. Seemingly located in a business district, there was a mix of tourists and business men as guests. An excellent breakfast was provided with a range of western and Japanese cuisines.

Great experience, free complementary breakfast for foreign guests was a nice touch. Also a range of free sundries such as bottled water, razors, hairbrushes etc in the lobby was a welcome bonus. Staff great, room a little small for 4 people but ok for a short stay. Wouldn’t recommend for a 2 week trip for a family.

Quiet location tucked away into a residential area. About a 10 minute walk away from the nearest metro station, something to note as it will add 20 minutes to your commute time/being on your feet. The staff were excellent, very helpful, professional and friendly. Loved the restaurant which is humble looking but served delicious food! I had dinner and breakfast there. The breakfast was awesome and included a pretty wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Overall very pleasant stay and a bit less expensive than other hotels nearby!

The staffs were wonderful and friendly. All the receptionist speaks English which made our stay so much easier compared to reviews of other hotels. The hotel is nears two train stations, about 10-15 minutes walk to Roppingi shopping district, 30 mins walk to Tokyo tower/Teamlab borderless (or 10 mins taxi ride). We had the superior twin room (2 queen-size beds with a couch) The room has enough space to walk around. It would be better if the couch is removed to make the room look more spaces and provide more room for luggages. We were fine as we only had carrying on. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.
