Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm rooms are very clean and plenty of amenities.The breakfast was amazing also I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the managers and she’s was very friendly I will recommend this hotel to anyone that visited London .

Very friendly staff, room was clean and in good condition, the only relevant downside to call out is that we booked a family room for two adults and two children, but the sofa bed for the children was very small (narrow) - we just about managed one night, but it is certainly not of the same size as, e.g., an equivalent sofa bed in a Premier Inn.
