The hotel was very clean and the amenities were great. The rooms are small but that is expected in Japan.

Great Location!!
Friendly staff. Decent breakfast buffet. Italian restaurant has good food for those wanting a break from Japanese food. Close to Shinjuku entertainment area and Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has great views of the city and Mt Fuji from the 45th floor observation deck and is surprisingly free!

First time I’ve stayed at this hotel! The staff were very courteous & helpful when asked questions about the surrounding area. I lost my phone the 1st two days in Tokyo & Mirktar, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful. In the end, I did find my phone with his help!
We’ll definitely stay here again!

Basic budget hotel
Very basic hotel. We were in a pinch and had to find a last minute one night accommodation before our flight. We weren't too picky. Just needed somewhere to sleep. The rooms had an odor and felt and smelled very damp. Bathroom felt like you were in an airplane washroom.

Entire staff was friendly and efficient. For the price we paid we scored! Large enough room for 2 and huge bathroom. Staff was super kind and helpful. Hotel is super clean. Great location quiet for the area and across the street from a train station easy to catch to main station. We paid for breakfast each day what a deal. It kept us full all day and saved us a ton in time and expense. I would highly recommend

Comfy and close to Shinjuku.
A nice hotel very close to the subway station. Room a bit small so had to step around the luggage but workable. Beds were comfy but the comforters are short for a 6’ person. Away from the bustle of Shinjuku, which was nice, and only a 12 minute walk to the station and sights.

The rooms were too small for two adults, no place to put luggage, it was noisy from other guest staying at the hotel in the morning and at night and night time noise from the street traffic.

Service and Staff are excellent as is customary in Japan. Location is also excellent very close to everything. Breakfast is also very good. Hotel is older and is in need of updating, rooms are particularly small, but I understand this is also customary in Japan - so manage your expectations. Otherwise, for price and location (the fact that it is in Tokyo) it was very good.

This hotel stay was great the staff was very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend giving it a stay. They have a 3 twin bed room option which was a little tight but worked great for what it’s for.

Overall the stay was very convenient and the hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was always a bit crowded, lacked options for breakfast, and seemed full of European tourists which wonder around as if they own the place (not the hotels fault).
