Loved it
This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. The room is much bigger than most in Tokyo, it gave us the space we needed at the end of our trip after staying in smaller rooms. Walking into the reception area is a little confusing especially if you take the stairs, as it is partly a bar area. Staff were helpful and friendly. We used the self serve laundry which was handy to have after a week travelling. The room is stylish and very clean. Projector was fun to use as was the in-shower bluetooth audio. Could have done with some more USB ports, I'm surprised there was only one especially in a new hotel. Like many hotels in Japan, sleepwear was provided free of charge. We left our baggage on the last day with no issues. Didn't hear any noise from the bar on Level 10.

Just fix the windows with noise proofing
Noisy! The rooms get train noise until midnight then they restart at around 5. The hotel has dj nights, one night one dj decided to turn up the bass so much we could hear it on the 10th floor! You will also get street noise from cars and people frequenting the many bars/restaurants along the side of the road outside and general area Theres no terrestrial tv channels, the projector just simply had hdmi in by the bed and they provide a chromecastso be prepared for that if you do stay. The shower was good, a bath would have also been nice the rooms are small probably why they dont have a bath. Overall it could be better of they wanted it to be.

Spacious clean rooms in a perfect location
It was a very pleasant 9 nights. The location was perfect and front desk staff were great. Housekeeping could improve a bit since there was some items in the room that was not cleaned probably, eg. Dark Plastic cup for sink area.

A great place to stay in Tokyo.
Really good location to all the fine dining and shopping options as well as the subway stations. The shower and bidet were pretty cool and the staff were friendly and courteous.

Highly recommend staying here!
Would highly recommend staying here! The hotel is very nice & modern. Good size rooms, and the shower had a surround speaker which was a nice extra. The staff are very helpful, & the amenities for collection are good! Hotel has washing & ironing facilities. Lovely bar in the reception area. The Italian Resturant on the ground floor of the hotel is also very good. Location is great too, located along a street of nice places to eat & just next door to Starbucks!

6/10 Good
