Hotel Emit Shibuya
I enjoyed the hotel mainly because it was near all the shops that I patronise. Was Super near time shibuya crossing too. i am unable to find another hotel with such prices in such a good location!

Nice stay for short trip
The check-in personal was cold and unpleasent! The room was clean but too small.

Watch out for the rooms that require 9PM check-in
Watch out for the rooms that require 9PM check-in/9AM check-out! Also, the rooms are tiny, the beds are wafer thin, and the WiFi is terribly slow. Surrounding area is great though (Shibuya)

GREAT LOCATION BUT UNCOMFORTABLE BED!
Location is amazing BUT the Japanese style futon bed gave me a very bad backache and stiff neck. It was very uncomfortable and didn't help there was only 1 pillow provided. In addition, for the price, you can get larger sized rooms.

Shibuya Stay
This was a great location for everything in Shibuya and train station. The room was tight, with little room for suitcases, but we expected that. Staff was friendly and had no trouble communicating with us.

Last min trip
We did enjoy staying here. Clean room but room was small but only needed it to shower and sleep clean hotel and great staff you had plenty of hot water. A family market right next door so anything you for to bring they had. Wifi was very strong. But there could have been just a little more to the breakfast.

Poor 2.0
Very uncomfortable beds
The hotel itself is very cool decor and service is great, but this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! I must have slept a total of about 5 hours in this hotel over my 3 night stay. I generally have no trouble sleeping and am not particularly fussy, but it was so uncomfortable I kept waking up during the night with pains all through my back and legs! I understand that Japanese beds are often harder than over here in Europe, but I think for a hotel they should be aware that many of their Western guests won't be so used to something like this. I eventually managed to make it somewhat comfortable by folding over the duvet and sleeping on top of it, using a shawl of mine to keep myself warm - but obviously not ideal and certainly not for the price of the hotel!

Good area, ok hotel, non-English speaking staff
I had a tatami room that was ok. Everything super clean. Breakfast was dreadful. Most of the staff could not communicate in English so some things (like asking for a taxi) were more complicated than expected. Area is really good.

Comfortable and convenient
Excellent location with food stations and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Not all the Front Desk staff are fluent with English. However, they have an excellent translation device that works perfect. If you are just looking for a comfortable room to sleep only. This is the place for you. That means: leaving the room by 10 a.m. and returning by 10 p.m. Their rooms will be just enough. Rooms are really small - like most 2 - 3 star hotels in Japan. You really don't even have space to open your bags unless you open it on your beds. The hotel provides a rug so that you don't dirty the beds.
