A room with a view

This hotel is in a perfect location in Canary Wharf on the banks of the river and perfect for exploring London by the Thames Uber boat. We visited Greenwich Park for the best view of London. The rooms are more spacious than most hotel rooms and have amazing views over the London skyline. This is the only hotel in London where I am happy to drive and park. A special thank you to the concierge who was extremely helpful.

Fantastic stay at this lovely hotel for our anniversary A quick phone call in the morning of our stay to Dalo on reception to mention about it being our anniversary and if he could arrange for something special to be done, on arrival we had been given a free upgrade to a river view room and a lovely suprise on arrival in the room On arrival Dalo was still on reception and couldn't have been nicer and helpful along with the concierge who met us at the door with a smile Hotel and room was immaculately clean and will definitely stay at this quality hotel again

What a great hotel

The hotel is perfectly located for great local restaurants, bars, green spaces and riverside walks. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and nicely designed. The bed was super comfy and our view across the river was enchanting. The staff were kind and very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Having complimentary access to the great pool and spa was a real bonus as was being right next to the pier so you could get the boat into central London. We can’t recommend it more highly and are looking forward to staying again.

Classic Hotels Never Disappoint

Superb service from the minute I walked in. Nothing was too much trouble. Great help with parking, my two dogs no problem and no extra cost. The room very well-proportioned and the hotel itself just very peaceful. It's got that sort of '90s American hotel charm about it, but what it lacks in modern decor, it makes up for in terms of space and comfort.
