I have stayed at many places in the Shinjuku area and this place I give a 4/10. It took a while to check in. You must use the kiosk and it took about 10 mins to load. The room had an old musty smell. The bed was hard and pillows felt like it had wires weaving in and out. I wouldn’t stay again unless only option.

Clean & comfortable room, on the smaller side, ok if you are just there to sleep. Central to the party district, right above a 7-11. Not family friendly area at all as the area is swarming with party goers and just generally is in the red district area. Walking distance to movies, restaurants and shops.

The hotel was great. Be sure to pay attention to what type of hotel you're booking when it comes to smoking vs non-smoking. The room was clean, the location was great as it was about a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku Station, and there were plenty of eateries and pubs in walking distance. One aspect of the hotel that I really appreciated was how it was connected to a 7-eleven. Very convenient, and will consider staying again.
