Uncleaned room!
First of all the bathroom was a disgrace! Big toothpaste splashes all over the door down the walls and splash back, floor and sink. Brown stains in the toilet! The room appeared brand new, (cheap basic) modern, so it should definitely not have been as grubby and dirty as it was. It was it hadn't been cleaned or lived in for weeks! For a room that's meant to be over £200 a night this is just not acceptable. The room as it is lacked things such as a TV in the bedroom (only had a medium sized one in the living/kitchen area.) and lighting (was so dark even in the bathroom!) And kitchen with nothing in it, ect. Overall it was the cleanliness I have paid less than £30 in a budget hotel which was cleaner. Extremely disappointed as it ruined the whole night and made me the start of something I had, had tickets for months for. (Only had time to take pics of the toilet as had to get ready for the show i was already late for due to the hotel!)

It is just the best hotel ive ever been, amazing studio apartment with a really well design and organize. Very clean, amazing views, close to picadelly station. I mean i couldnt have asked for any other Hotel. When we arrived we were welcome by a nice and polite lady which offered us to try the cinema (yeah thats right A CINEMA WITHIN THE HOTEL) and it was coincidence that we were trying to watch Parasyte, well guess what, they had parasite streaming that day, they got us the last 2 tickets of the day, this just made our day and stay way better. Attention to details like this was just incredible, they helped us to the book the tickets and help us with everything. There is also a bar in the Hall and i can say that it was busy all the time because it just cosy with lots of good vibes. I honestly wont go anywhere else if i go back to manchester. This is best Hotel in the City without Doubt.

10am check-out shouldn't even be a thing
Room was very nice, and hotel is conveniently located for Manchester city centre, Northern Quarter and Ancoats areas. However I can't possibly give this a top score because they've somehow decided that 10am check out is acceptable. I've never come across this before & think it's really stingy.

This is the first time I have really stopped in an aparthotel and its converted me. This is a great place in a great location. Lots of restaurants close by if you want to eat out but, I decided to enjoy the comfort of my room and self cater.

Great hotel but noisy neighbours
Perfect 3 nights in Manchester. The studio was plenty big enough and the kitchenette was great. Only problem were the noisy neighbours. We could understand the noisy music and talking until 4am on New Year’s Eve but we had the same problem on our second night until 6:15 in the morning- heavy drum and bass and talking which was a problem. Luckily the staff were kind and gave us a both a free breakfast voucher for the next day although we couldn’t use it as we were going for an early lunch. They also said that we should have called reception as they have a strict policy for noisy neighbours. This wouldn’t put us off from coming back here though. Great location as well.
