"Everything was great at the hotel just had one concern about the beach view. We booked an Oceanview room and when we looked in the room, we only able to see about 30% ocean and the rest were building and we when we talk to the staff at the lobby. They told us that you should book the diamond room, which is they didn’t have available and I said but the ocean view room should have at least a big portion of the ocean. They said yes the ocean your room should be about 50 to 60% ocean view and the partial ocean view room should be about 20 to 30%. I try to explain to the staff that our room was about 20 to 30% and they said this is what they have available right now and we should be booking the diamond room next time. I didn’t like the room view at all but i didn’t want to ruin my honeymoon so I accepted it."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Waikiki. 2min zum Strand und direkt bei den Geschäften. Der Pool ist sauber, aber wesentlich kleiner als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Das Frühstück ist in einem Café, trotz großem Hotel war ausreichend Platz. Late check out war trotz ursprünglichen Angebot nicht verfügbar, wir durften aber bis 12.00 bleiben, was sehr angenehm war. Achtung, die Lüftung ist wirklich extrem laut, falls jemand beim Schlafen Lärm empfindlich ist, leider nicht zu empfehlen."
