Good two week stay. Have stayed here before and meets my expectations. Great location. Clean. Staff are great. At the front desk Sarah always goes out of her way to answer all questions and resolve any problems and she is there every year when I return. Housekeeping is very good. Look forward to my next visit.

Highly recommend, central location BUT a bit dated
Location is perfect right in the middle if you want to be on the strip and the beach. A bit outdated but serves its purpose especially if you’re just there to sleep after spending the day out in beautiful Oahu. Parking is a bit difficult but the cheapest at self parking $35usd/day. Pool was closed for renovation but we could‘ve used pool at sister hotel Waikiki Beachcomber. Cassandra checked us in and she was very very nice and welcoming ! Thank you Cassandra ! After checking out I didn’t notice until a day after I had left my wedding rings in the bathroom. I thank Rosie, housekeeping supervisor, very much for her quick help in finding my rings and I picked them up a day before we were set to leave Oahu. Thank you Rosie you were and are such a gem ! We will definitely stay again and highly recommend if you’re not that picky with hotel rooms. We are a family of four with an 11 month old.

Very nice, good location, but kind of old bathroom, doors. Small balcony. Good breakfasts provided at a neighboring hotel. Well worth the short walk. Pool was not working, had to go to another hotel.

Rough start. Gave me a 2nd floor room right on top of the swimming pool demolition/construction with a service elevator and customer elevators on each side. Initially said nothing could be done due to the Hotels.com rate. A supervisor then moved me up to a 7th floor room where I could see the sky and the city. Everything was very good after that. It’s older but not decrepit. Good size room with Classic furniture that all matched and in great condition. Excellent location for exploring Waikiki and bus access across the street
