Check in was a nightmare
The hotel is great with the exception a poor check in experience. Front desk was unpleasant while trying to locate my reservation which appeared not to be visible. Glad I brought my confirmation/receipt.

My stay was wonderful! Very nice stay, ocean front and you can see turtles sewiming early in the morning. My only complaint was that some people was actually smoking in one of the rooms closed to my room and I couldn’t keep my door open to enjoy the room or the sound of the waves. Other than that, my stay was wonderful.

Good place, room for improvements, no daily fee!
Place was always clean. Housekeeper was amazing and so friendly!! Room was alright -- huge crack under the door so not that private, quiet or safe feeling. Loud at nights and through the night due to the inch + gap under the door, light shined through. Pillows were all thin ones so terrible to sleep on. Otherwise view was nice, plenty of shops. Dont miss the print that says $50/day per person resort fee (covers pretty much nothing, just an extra way to get more money). Food okay, pretty spendy drinks. Pool is small and crowded so went in ocean and it was alright but you have to keep moving due to boats coming in. Small sandy area that is pretty dirty area up to it and smells. Felt safe at hotel. Loved they had two coffee shops, but they close unbelievably early. Sand sculptures were awesome! Good place, but definitely use privacy under doors, later coffee hours, and better pollows. Thanks!

Spectacular Ocean View
The Sheraton Waikiki is my happy place. It is more expensive than other properties, but worth the money for the view and close proximity to the beach. Multiple restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. My favorite aspect is having an ocean view room and watching the surfers, the sea turtles swimming below, and the beautiful sunset each evening. If you are thinking about staying here, you must get an oceanfront room. It is what makes the Sheraton so special.

8/10 Very good

Sheraton has been one of the biggest hotel my family has stayed in. We had the regular room size which was not bad, loved the toilet seat even if i was cold the toilet seat would be warm to use. The only down fall which got my expectation in the room was no microwave to heat up food so we had to keep buying which is not very wise because we werw only local all the food places around the hotel was really expensive. Also for the pool area, paying for the luxury cabana wasnt really worth the $387 that needes to pay for, your only paying for the shade 2 water and 2 juice with 1 hawaiian snack. For some tourist that would be fine but for locas we would have expect something more for the comfort in the cabana. Total experience it was just okay i thought it would be more beyond but the hotel was just okay it was only the pool that made it better than most hotels

Would definitely stay again
My check in was very easy and I was asking about paying to move to a higher floor and with my bonvoy membership they were able to do so with ease. Views are unmatched and the walking distance to food and shopping was perfect! I can honestly say the amount of times I used the infinity pool is the most ever for me at a hotel.
