The lady on reception was especially friendly and helpful (I think she was from Italy) she was a credit to the hotel! The room was clean and spacious. The only negative was that the pool water was dirty as there was lots of tissue/paper in the pool. I was unsure if the filter was not working properly? Other than that minor issue, I would highly recommend the hotel and surrounding area 🙂

The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay and the dining staff went above and beyond to accommodate us including daily reserving a table for six and making jokes that made our party feel comfortable and welcome. When we return to London (from the U.S.) we will look no farther for our hotel stay than Novotel, Canary Wharf.
