"We had a lot of problems starting with the bad smell of the 6th floor, the water of the shower seep through the walls and all the entrances of the room was wet, the shower make a lot of noise like a machine

"Hotel was great , best breakfast so far and close to beach. The ocean is intense so be careful . The front desk staff was a bit off in the beginning but then one of them made it up. I did have to uber to activities and this hotel feels like it’s on its own side of Rio. Hotel was great, keep in mind is one towel for the pool per day that was the only 👎. I went to the beach then had a sandy towel and rinsed off and wanted the a new towel for the pool and I was denied a new towel . With a hotel that fancy I don’t see how they monitor that. Great place , room service was excellent.
Overall the stay was great we were able to get an upgrade with ocean view."
