The location to Surfers is perfect, great views however the building and the apartment which we stayed in has seen better days. It is very tired and not what I would say very appealing. Very basic furniture and appliances. All I can say that it is very old and run down. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for 4 Star and above however if you can get it at a reasonable price and you’re not too worried about decor then it would be perfect mainly due to it location

Check in was fine. The no refund policy listed on the Aloha is where you STOP & be warned right there , there’s the catch , other properties offer a refund cause they didn’t have anything to hide. Straight up - this small dirty mouldy leaking water , pealing paint , carpet sticky- very similar findings I experienced just like another review was left that I read about the unit on the 4th floor - u can rent these dives fir under $300 per week - they charge $283 one night - I got 4 nights then price was $161 per night x 4 then the second catch u wanna park ur car then that will be an extra $30 per night - rip off sleazy advertising disgusted with the aloha , disgraced I didn’t have the balls to demand my money back the moment I opened the door to the studio unit - cause of the no refund policy I didn’t ask - well now u know when u see pics of a clean different unit maybe a 2 bedder - but u end up with a crap unit that needs a safety inspection - renovation

Had to check out early and was told we would get a credit for the remaining two nights, only to have the manager never call us back. And after numerous attempts, staff always make excuses and say he’s/she’s not on site or is uncontactable. Now that money is just lost. So annoyed!! Very sneaky

Just a Quick Stay.
I just stayed for the night. The bed was not super comfy, the balcony and the view was good. Location is Amazing, just close to everything.
