Family Friendly
You are greeted by the staff as a great day in Turtle Beach resort and indeed it would be. You have everything in the resort from restaurant, bbq, few options for pools, water park, a little shop in the front, and more. It is conveniently located to a supermarket (woolworths) and a few restaurants that are all a walking distance and of course the beach that was just across the road. The Pacific Fair Mall was also just a 2km walk. Parking was under ground which was very much needed with that hot sun. Definitely recommend turtle beach resort. Our family of 4 stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment and it felt like a home away from home with full kitchen and laundry right in the apartment with washer & dryer. We would definitely come back here next time we are in Australia😊

Turtle Beach resort is perfect for families with kids under the age of 13. We had our 4 year old with us and our 16 year old son and his friend. The two older boys enjoyed the pools but were hoping there would be more kids (girls no doubt) around. For my 4 year old daughter she loved it. The room (2 bedroom family suite) was good. Couple of stains on things but with kids being the main reason people would come here I see how it happens. The staff were great, a few of the other guests were a bit rude and self entitled but that’s not the results fault. I’d definitely stay again but only if it was a holiday centred round kids. P.s - build a slide that an adult can go on. I was jealous of the kids having all the fun!
