We truly enjoyed our one month stay at this hotel! We always felt safe and comfortable. It's located in the perfect area. Shopping for needed items is close, Restaurants are near and walkable. The rooms are nice and cleaned daily. The staff is very helpful and fun!

We stayed for one night twice during our trip. The rooms were clean and spacious and very conveniently located next to the bus central, ADO alterna. Most importantly, it was a quiet area. Nothing luxurious but very good value for the price.

Good front desk staff during our checkin, room was clean. Could use NEW TOWELS twice have stayed here twice towels have holes . Bed needs a mattress cover your mattresses are very hard . The blow hair dryer was not working tried different outlets. They turned elevator off at nite we least a5 am had to carry our luggage down stir 83 yr old man .

Hotel is convenient next to Ado bus station , restaurant Nextdoor. We booked it because it was close to Ado and we can walk there to get to Airport on bus.l2 days in a row NO WATER TO SHOWER EARLY MORNING. They use cistern and turn off pumps t nite no one can turn back on till mgr comes in 7-8am too late . No shower —- bad bad bad . Can use normal reg pillows too not tiny makeshift one . Could be very nice place toasty if more attics oid to customers comfort. People expect good service clean place AND WATER .

We have stayed here several times over the years as an overnight or 2 before flying home post AI stay. The beds are not comfortable, but we always get an apartment with a kitchen and plenty of room for my family of 4 and that makes it worth it for the price. There is a small pool in an enclosed courtyard to cool off in. Any time we have needed anything from the staff, they were quick to help and friendly. We enjoy this hotel s location because it is away from the touristy area and there are tasty food options all around.

We stayed 3 weeks in a kitchenette unit next to the pool. We chose this location because it was reasonably priced, convenient to groceries, 5th and 10th Ave, the beach is a 10 minute walk and bus station (ADO Alterna) next door. There are no views and a loading dock next door that, at times, was noisy from the back up beepers which is minimal. We had a wonderful time here, the beds are nice and our unit was very comfortable. Wifi is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Nice little property just off of Fifth Avenue a few blocks. Very basic room but spacious. Had a coffee maker but no coffee (no big deal). It is close to Wal Mart and another large grocery store. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Very good price. Maid service was very good. The small refrigerator worked very well for keeping sodas, wine and beer nice and cool. Had a little tiny ice tray which we did not notice at first but it was nice to make a very small amount of ice for our drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is simple and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfy but the pillows were rock hard. The hotel needs to enforce better rules for guests after hours. Every night we were there, a group of guests were drunk and screaming til 2 am. Every night. I requested front desk to help out and I think only the third night they did something around 1 am. So if you are ok with that, this hotel is for you, as location and hotel itself Is good for the price.

Llegamos para año nuevo, el personal muy amable, la ubicación excelente si vas en autobús porque se encuentra frente a ADO alterna. El único "pero" es que no cuenta con estacionamiento, solamente algunos cajones que forman parte de unos locales comerciales. Tiene alberca y elevador. Cómodo y sencillo. Tiene frigobar!!!
