Wonderful place to stay, large clean room. We were a family of 4 and the room had 4 beds which was great as we were getting over jet lag. Breakfast was spectacular. Japanese dishes were delicious and there were also lots of western options. The location of the hotel was perfect. Would stay there again.

Fantastic location - close to the Senso-ji temple and the subway, very clean hotel and very friendly service. The room was adequate; very clean and updated, quiet and safe. The bed and pillows were extremely firm. No robes, magnified mirrors or iron available in the rooms. I paid extra for breakfast but wouldn't bother again in the future.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they would have more English translation throughout the hotel. For example, it's difficult to reach the hotel via telephone. Their answering message is all in Japanese. You had to select from a menu list but the list was only in Japanese. I had to find someone who spoke the language to make the call on my behalf, due to a travel emergency. The laundry facility was challenging to navigate. Again, there was no English signage.

We had a wonderful time at the Tobu hotel in Asakusa. The location was great, breakfast foods had a large variety with something for everyone. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but was perfect for my husband. We would stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is helpful and kind. I wish they would offer more English-friendly features, for example 1. If you need to call the property for any reason, the phone system is entirely in Japanese. There's no press 1 for Japanese, press 2 for English. I had to find someone who speaks Japanese to make the call for me. 2. Laundry facility - very little English instruction is offered. Good thing I asked another guest to translate for us. Otherwise, our clothes would come out with different colors. 3. The bed was really hard. One person in our party developed a sore back during the trip. The pillows were also hard.

Very nice mid-level hotel. Small rooms but comfortable and clean. Good location next to Nishiki market and Senso-Ji. We did not get breakfast at hotel but many of the breakfast places around only open at 8:30 or 9:00 which is not great for early risers. You always have Starbucks across the street. Convenient access to train lines. We did Skytree which, though very touristy is a nice experience for first timers like us. SushiEdomaru a few doors in on Nishiki was very good-Asakusa Tobu is recommended.
