Beautiful beach and water. Friendly staff. Very clean. Daily housekeeping and reception very prompt with requests. Great food selection and the restaurants were very good. The steak house was our favourite. Overall 10/10 would definitely stay at Riu Caribe again.

Great renovated RIU hotel

A great RIU hotel which was renovated last year! Very nice personnel, friendly good service. Only thing they should improve: bring back the WHITE towels....brown towels...do not feel sanitized at all....white is better...Also watch for the elevators...they do not seem to have sensors...I was hit by the door so hard my cell in my hand fell on the floor! Other than that it fits RIU standards this is note a riu palace but it is very good! We recommend and we'll be back1

Lovely hotel, excellent standards, friendly and attentive staff. My room was great, super clean and comfortable. My only issue was the people in the room next to me were super loud so could hear most of their conversations. But couldn’t hear other surroundings guests.

Property is well maintained and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish they would have had a beach bar and or waiter. Staff did a great job of cleaning sea grass on the beach. Riu parties were top notch and very fun. Definitely want to go back and party some more. So far my favourite hotel in Cancun and we’ve been to Cancun plenty of times.

The food was nasty; they wouldn’t let me reserve, but yet, although the restaurant was not full, they did not let people go in. Parties are lit, but they're so unorganized. I stayed in a line for at least 30 minutes just to get turned around; it's very, very unorganized. Overall, the stay was 5. I was hungry the whole time, so I did not eat. Some of the drinks were very disgusting. Overall, I wouldn’t come back to Rui Caribe.

Everything is perfect! From check in, gentlemen helping with luggage, bar, restaurants, pool area and of course housekeeping ladies. The staff is diligent about stocking properly, keeping everything clean, very attentive and entertainment group is phenomenal. Maya makes the best drinks and is very charismatic which makes it even more pleasant. Management does a great job keeping their employees happy. We had an excellent time.

All in all the property was cool . Wish the dj played more of a diversity of music at the RIU parties just seem like they were geared to one audience. Dining options ehhh not the best , the hamburgers, steakhouse and tacos were great but everything else was ehh . Drinks were cool . Would I go back probably not. Thank you the experience just wish the dinning options were better .
