My GF and I booked this resort thinking there would be more activities for us to do within the resort, like all inclusives elsewhere. However, the resort had little to nothing for guest to do. No pool aerobics, a 30 min foam pool party (only 30 min of foam is crazy), no paint night, no clubs/lounges, one small pool, etc. No activities AT ALL. Only three dinner shows which were great. The music played by the pool resembles that of an elevator. If you request any music, the workers will tell you that the hotel won't let them play what we want to hear. The food was almost inedible, some of the worst I've had at any all inclusive. The food was best for dinner, when they changed the themes. Only one hall to eat at, no specialty restaurants and lunch menu is the same everyday, with only about 10 different items. What we enjoyed most about coming here was the other couples we met and the amazing resort staff. The staff is always super nice, and especially Fredy, Santiago, Jesus, and Francisco. If you book this resort, just know that you are going to spend lot of extra money looking for fun and good food outside of the resort. If you want to literally relax and disconnect from everything, maybe be a little boring, then this resort may work for you. This just wasn't what we were expecting.

The friendly staff and enjoyable meals made the Kore Tulum a relaxing stay. The quiet, pleasant surroundings ensure the opportunity to recharge while still being close enough to to town and nightlife. The only down side was the house wine and very poorly maintained bikes.

Upon arrival I was excited, beautiful scenery. But if your plan is to relax,eat a Mexican cuisine and take endless tequila shots,you are sadly mistaken.Shocking with the amount of money you are paying for an all inclusive package when you have to eat off of the resort since breakfast lunch and dinner are not edible. If you order Mixed drinks order side shots to add into your drink since there is little to no alcohol included. Beside the food and drink let’s discuss the room,no hot water available.Cold showers are what you will have to deal with.In addition to,nothing is clean. From the spa tub in the room, curtains hanging from the windows and blankets on the bed. Stains and dirt are visible as if they weren’t just used. Wifi is only in the lobby so make sure you work out the data plan with your phone carrier. In regards to the room..bugs. There were many bugs in the curtains and ants crawling all over the walls that ended up all over the bed. When I called the reception desk regarding this they stated it happens often when it rains.The end result was them coming to the room to spray the bugs with bug spray and changing the sheets. Lastly, If you are looking to book any offsite excursions please research prices.They are definitely expensive if you book through the resort. I am not the one to write a review or complain since realistically its always a gamble. But this was the longest 5 days of a vacation that was supposed to be relaxing. I was excited to leave.

this hotel was so good for the price. we were wanting to get on bikes and explore tulum. this hotel was perfect for that. bike rentals are free. and it has just the right amount of amenities for those looking to get out and explore but also come back and be able to relax and enjoy some entertainment. gio, the head of entertainment, along with monica are also what makes this hotel great. genuine people who are great at bringing people together. the staff were pleasant the resort is small with a really great layout. swim-up bar, sea overlook, gift shop that will make you want to buy everything insight, yoga, etc. the restaurant attempts to appeal to its guests by "americanizing" it's menu and even has an oriental day. id say skip the oriental day and the american food and head down the road for some tacos. the mexican menu at the hotel is great tho, you can definitely stay in the hotel that night. i will say tho we did order buffalo wings and fries as a late night snack a couple of times. (room service is included) overall, my stay was great and i am looking forward to coming back.

My husband and I stayed for a week. The employees became our family for the week. The hotel is 3.9km from downtown city and is 3.4 from the ruins. We used the bikes that they offer for free. The hotel is really fancy and clean. No FREE WIFI by the way. It has a beautiful view of the beach but no access. The public beach is about 3.4 km away..
