Nice hotel located in what it seems to be a business district. Few restaurants around, close to 2 local train stations and 15 mins car ride to Tokyo Station. Small rooms but comfortable.

Dated property, very small and limited. Tiny room, not as clean as we would have liked. No dining facilities. Every staff member looked unhappy and were abrupt in helping us. The location is in the financial district and the price was right. Train stations were in walking distance. I would not return here.

My first experience with a Tokyo hotel room was an interesting one. Great location 15 minute walk from Tokyo station. Room was tiny by North American standards with room enough for suitcases at the foot of the comfortably firm double beds. Room had a slight musty smell but was clean and tidy. Shower and sink as well as toilet/bidet were clean and newer. I had a good experience, my wife needed a bit more.

For the calibre of this hotel I did expect a little better than what I found; mould on the shower curtains, the kettle lid was broken and the hairdryer was sticky taped together. When you’re spending over $100 a night (discounted from nearly $200) you sort of expect these things to be resolved. The bed was comfortable but the room is very small. Staff were friendly but didn’t speak much English, but that’s my problem really.

Small room w no amenities and charge cleaning fees
The hotel room was tiny. Hotel staff only works from noon on sat and Sunday. I was surprised there were no basic amenities such as cotton pads, shower cap, bottle of water and Q tips etc at all. They will require a 1000 yen cleaning fee if you would like to have your room cleaned which was not mentioned. I probably would pay little more for other hotels next time.

Reasonable and decent hotel
Internatinal hotel yet not all can speak English. Front desk not helpful. 15 to 20 minutes walk to Tokyo station and Airport shuttle. Walking distance to few Subway, MRT stations as well as restaurants. Small room size.

After working a month in Japan I needed a low-priced place near T-CAT for my final weekend. My Japanese coworker recommended it, and it was great. Of course, the rooms are tiny, but I could still work with large luggage. Great wi-fi, great staff, and totally quiet. This will be my go-to for short stays on a budget. It's a quick walk to Nihonbashi, and being near the stock exchange, there are some very nice restaurants nearby.
