Awesome location with everything you need and easy access to Oedo and Fukutoshin lines. The property is dated, but the rooms are spacious with an excellent ofuro room separate from the main room. The toilet is also separate so good for travelling as a couple.

Very helpful and professional staff. Stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. I would stay again!

6/10

Great location to experience nightlife in Kabukicho. Good access to convenient stores, restaurants, and major subway stations. This property is dated, but the room was not too small. The shower was separate from the main room which is great, and shower/bath was excellent.
3-night trip

10/10

Property is dated, definitely older than other hotels in the area, but they keep it pretty well/clean. Very basic hotel, but perfect for us; we just came back to sleep at night, didn’t spend all the money to fly to Tokyo to stay in a hotel. Bus stop is 3 minutes away, Shinjuku metro station 15 min, very convenient. There’re many eateries & shop in the area (mostly Korean as Shinjuku is the major K-town of Tokyo). Definitely would stay here again!

Wow, what an incredible place to stay for the value it provides. What this place lacks in newness of the construction, it makes up in amenities, cleanliness and space. Would love to book again if we’re in Shinjuku again.

The facilities and conditions are very old and not very clean but the staff are very friendly.

1-night trip

6/10

This hotel was in a good location and the room was very spacious. However, my room smelled like smoke which I was not aware of when booking. You also had to turn in your key each time you left the hotel which is a mild inconvenience. There was nearby train stations and a good laundromat so it was a good temporary stay for the price.
6-night trip

6/10

Enough good. Old building and rooms. Room was clean and close to the subway stations. You can leave the luggage at the reception (24h/7)
3-night trip

10/10

For the value for money, this place is excellent. It is quite close to Shinjuku station and to all the shops and amenities. As the other reviewers suggest yes it is old, but it is very clean. It is well run, and the rooms are very large for Japan, which was excellent for our last three nights, as we needed to have space to organize our purchases. I highly recommended place as excellent value for money. They also allowed us to store our luggage in preparation for our flight home.
3-night trip

10/10

older hotel! will not be like the other ones you are used to but what they lack in newness, they make up for with (not exaggerating) a full size bathroom and shower and a gigantic bedroom instead of the cramped but shiny hotels you cant even open your luggage in.

worst hotel I ve ever stayed
1-night trip

6/10

It is a old building. So the hotel management try to compensate offering a very clean room. Also, the room is relatively big and the bed is comfortable. Although I think they do a good job on the cleaning up part you must remember that this is a old structure. Overall I think the hotel is a good deal. nice location, clean and a comfortable bed.

Its a clean motel . The location is in kabukicho. Staff were polite and helpful . But the hotel goes back to 1980 i think . Some rooms are in Japanese traditional style. But the room was very clean . Its what you pay for .
