Small and expensive

Coming from America this room was too small for 2 normal size adults. I picked the larger one also! 11 sq meters or 118 sq feet. Thought it would work based on the pictures. The bathroom was so small you could hardly move in it, shower-toilet-small sink in a tiny corner, like something in a camper. Was clean, did find cubby holes for storage, beds were at the wall, could barely walk between them, finding room for luggage was a challenge. Be careful of parking... it's extra. I got a ticket because of huge misunderstanding. I was told I could pay at checkout, which is what I am familiar with. The ticket is very very expensive and I am protesting it. More than willing to pay the regular parking fee and want to clear this up. Europe's hotels are expensive but IMO, $150.00 plus parking for a closet is just out there! But if all this doesn't matter, it is very clean!

Personalet, så ik ud til, og vil have noget dsom helst med kunderne. Ingen smil, ingen info ud over at værelses nummer var det. Ingen hårtørre i værelset, man kunne tydeligt høre, når naboen tissede og folk der snakkede kunne man høre, og det var ik mine naboer, jeg kunne høre.

God sovekomfort, men ret overrasket over klientell

Receptionisterne var venlige, men der var ingen smil og de virkede lidt stressede. Vi kunne tjekke ind et kvarter før tid hvilket og blev imødekommet på vores ønske om et værelse så højt oppe som muligt, hvilket blev 8. sal. Vi havde booket Captain værelser. Rengøring var tiptop. Værelset var godt lydisoleret, vi hørte intet til de øvrige gæster og støjen fra togene var ret afdæmpet. Sengen var dejlig komfortabel, dyne og pude virkelig dejlige og vi sov godt. Det var dræn ærgerligt at fjernsynet ikke kunne trækkes ud, så vi kunne se fjernsyn på en skrå skærm der pegede væk fra os - eller lade være 🙃 En anden ting der trak rigtig meget ned var aukustikken på værelset. Det havde værer super fedt med et par aukustik plader i loftet. Vi var dog noget overrasket over klientellet. Om aftenen drak folk overalt både i ude og indeområderne. Der stod øl- og vinflasker mv overalt. Og skraldespanden med pant havde tip på. Det har jeg godt nok aldrig set før! Og jeg har da været på en del hoteller, vandrehoteller og hostels. Så det gav god mening at der var en vagt til stede. Og det gav også god mening at værelserne er "rengøringsvenlige". Jeg tænker det sker jævnligt at der sker forskeliige slags uheld når en del af gæsterne er "tørstige" i den grad som vi bevidnede. Det har nu ikke afskrækket os. Med den pris er der plads til at være lidt rummelig for en lidt broget blanding af gæster 😉

Hôtel bas de gamme pour un prix très élevé

lDe tous mes voyages, je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi médiocre. Le séjour à mal commencé, car étant arrivé en avance, la réception n'a pas voulu garder mes bagages, et ils m'ont dit qu'il fallait passer par une consigne payante et très chère. Ce type de pratique montre déjà le manque de considération pour leurs clients Ensuite la chambre twin est minuscule, mal insonorisée (on entend le bruit des trains), la salle de bain fait 1 mètre sur 1 mètre. Pour le petit-déjeuner, la salle est immense, entourée de grille métallique, avec des tables bien alignées. On se croirait dans une prison. La nourriture est passable. Bref un hôtel très bas de gamme, pour un prix qui est assez élevé. Cet hôtel est à éviter absolument.
