From arrival, we were greeted with excellent service, smooth check-in, and comfortable room arrangements. Everything about this hotel is absolutely phenomenal. I was impressed with how quickly they clean up the seaweed on the beach. The food is fantastic, great variety. The Mexican restaurant was our favorite. The 24/7 cafe in the lobby was lovely, we had crepes there almost every night. Our room was an oceanfront and it was breathtaking. The music stopped every night at 11pm. The staff are super kind and friendly, lots of smiles all around. The only complaint we have is the cleanliness of the hallways. There was trash outside our bedroom (not our trash) door for 4 days and no one picked up until I called it in. Then someone picked up the trash, but did not actually clean the floor, so it looked like there was raspberry sauce outside our door our entire stay. There was also a packet of maple syrup on the floor in the stairwell that was never picked up during our entire stay. The room is otherwise clean, the facilities are clean. The spa was our favorite part. We highly recommend checking out their hydrotherapy experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will be back for sure.

Everything good. If you are looking for a place with an ocean view and to relax this is the hotel. The beach beautiful. They have a bar at the beach you just need to relax.

Food is not good buffet is super small restaurants hours are open only on saturday and sunday and other open super late. Not many options at all. DJ roof top parties are a huge disappointment you have to wear headphones to listen to the music. Stuff dont bring you drinks while at pool like at other resorts.

Muchas gracias a todo el personal de Hilton Caribean, lo hacen sentir como familia. Me encanto que todo el hotel tiene para personas con silla de ruedas y andaderas hasta para llegar a la playa.
