The location of the hotel is just around the corner from underground stations and Kensington High St and many other attractions. Our hotel room had everything we needed for our stay. Other rooms in the property have been renovated and this room will hopefully be on the list one day too (even a fan in the bathroom would be an improvement). "

"Renovated floor, I think, so very clean and new. Drain in bathroom was not very efficent, and the room was extremely hot, even though there was a rather big fan.

The location was perfect... two minute walk from the Tube (Circle and District lines) and a bus stop... only a mile's walk to Harrod's, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace- Parliament Square/St. James Park just beyond that. The room itself was not huge but was certainly adequate with TWO comfortable chairs to sit in. The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning service was excellent. "
