Considering a Sheraton is supposed to be a premium name the room we were in was incredibly run down and dirty. There was broken furniture, the sprinkler was COVERED in dust and grime, the wall paper was peeling off, there was “splatter” marks on the walls, a massive crack ran along the moulding on the ceiling…. Extremely disappointed and would never stay here again. On the good side, the front staff were lovely and very helpful - they are the only reason I gave this a 3 rating and not a 2

Hotel was reasonably priced and very close to Heathrow airport. Parking was very hard to come by. Room was adequate, well appointed and average in size and quality. Strange details, there is a covered indoor "pool area" which appears to have had the pool filled with concrete. Even with glass skylights it seems odd that they have sun loungers around a non existent pool. In hotel American style pub/bistro was not great quality. Breakfast is very over priced. Coffee kiosk is fine but slow. You'll find better options of all 3 next door at the Marriott.
