Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok
10/10 Excellent
"Highly recommended, Very convenient location, and the hotel is very fancy and beautiful, the staffs are all very friendly and helpful, we will go back to that hotel again if we ever back to Bangkok."
"I really enjoyed the night spent at the Hyatt Regency Airport in Bangkok. As soon as you open the door you feel you’re in the right place. The big atrium has everything you need to hang out until your connecting flight. It’s very peaceful and well designed. I had an excellent tuna tartare at the Market Cafe and a salmon burger at the Atrium Lounge. There was also live music with a very good pianist who also took requests. I believe the hotel also includes three separate restaurants that serve Japanese, Thai, and Chinese. The room was spotless with shower and separate tub. Oversized king size bed, and plenty of good quality pillows. Limited TV channels choice. Also the flexible check is a big plus 👍
You can walk to the terminal or take their shuttle that rubs every ten minutes.
Definitely recommend this place.

"Free drink everyday you didn’t change the bedding to help the environment was a lovely perk!! Nice pool and gym. Bathtub and spacious bedrooms! Only negative was the shower didn’t get very hot. "
"Th Peninsula Bangkok standouts in three of the most important touchpoints for travel. The first is they have a simply exceptional property. It’s beautiful, absolutely stunning in its layout with a gorgeous breakfast every morning stretching along the river. It’s well appointed and calming. The second is that the personal service is exceptional. Staff greet you by name, they remember your preferences - all the things that make a second and third visit even better. They are responsive, which is even more important. And lastly, their location is perfect. Their riverboat tender continuously runs across the river to the ferry dock and other key locations. That’s our preferred way to travel. The local ferry is about 80 cents and will take you everywhere. They are set back from the rod about is quiet and serene.
It is not a brand new hotel. It is handsome and has some age showing in little places. But with that comes wisdom. It knows how to treat guests and to respond in advance - and oxymoron I now. But it’s true. It’s the kind of hotel that anticipates what you may need and as a result the service is endlessly great. "
