Great location (close to Lumpini park and both Skytrain and Metro, as well as an amazing foodcourt exactly in front), extremely helpful staff (made the stay even more pleasant), large rooms properly cleaned every day. Some of the furniture might be a tad outdated, but didnt bother us. Convenient gym as ewll as massage in-house. For the price we paid probably the best deal in town. We'll be back!

Not rooms are ok but the pictures lead you to believe it's better than reality. The rooms need to be refresh . Service at front desk was friendly and somewhat effective But check out took a very long time (15 to 20 minutes) and I was the only one at the front desk. The hotel is well located and included self parking .

Great location and lovely poolside lounge, best of all was the customer service. We had a small problem during our stay and the staff went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. Wonderful hotel in a great location in the SalaDaeng / Silom area of Bangkok. The property itself had great amenities (pool was very nice, gym was better than many other hotel gyms, self service laundry room on-site). The room was very comfortable with tons of cabinets in the bedroom for clothes and luggage. Washroom was in great condition and our suite had a separate dining area and kitchenette. Breakfast buffet was pretty typical compared to other hotels in the area. Right across the street from the property is a magnificent food hall with so many different dining options that will satisfy everyone in your group! We will stay here again next time we visit Bangkok, this is my favourite property in the Silom area so far.

I put Do not disturb sign up and they NEVER woke me up! I had no need of make bed sheets or anything,i wanted to be left on privacy,they provided that. + very helpful with taxi and local useful apps for mobile. Gentle crew by nature,they were not fsking or overdone it. Measured by price vs experience 5/5. I you are luxury hunter,you must pay 10 times elsewhere. Facilities was ok also,but go eat elsewhere,tons of choices in SILOM.

Lovely hotel in a great spot in Bangkok city. A short walk to the local train station where you can easily get around Bangkok. Nice big room, clean and tidy. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

This is a worn down hotel. It just looks like it was great 20 years ago. The photos are not realistic. The AC didn’t really work as it should, the shower only had cold water, paint on the walls are falling off, spider webs in corners, no power outlets in normal locations, the floor wasn’t cleaned so I stepped in massage oil spread around the bed… Nasty. This should be a 2 star hotel.
