Good points; the room kept clean by friendly cleaners and concierge staff good. Otherwise, was not recognised as a gold member; the internet on 'complimentary' is low-speed connection, had to negotiate a higher speed (eventually given). the restaurant was mostly closed except for breakfast, therefore, I could not use the voucher that was kindly provided. Dont bother with breakfast; staff are mostly asleep, and food is cold and over-priced. Gym facilities are ok, when they remember to open them and the same goes for steam/sauna facilities (suggest ringing the reception before going down).

Very mediocre
I REALLY wanted to love this place, but for me, it was just ok. I’ll start by saying this: As others have stated, it’s not very close to the BTS station. Despite rumors of a shuttle, I never once took it (and only even saw its existence a couple times). The room was unimpressive, the bed and linens were mediocre at best, the pool was decent, but there was no bar or anyone around to serve anything. For the price, I cannot say this place is a good value and would advise others to book elsewhere.
