Excellent hotel with top notch service that many hotels should emulate. Strategically located at the Siam BTS station that connects to the Airport Rail Link at Phaya Thai station. Experienced many hotels around the world with renowned chain, but this one certainly stood out among the top I have experienced. From the doorman to housekeeping to reception to restaurant, all of them living up to the Thais - Land of Thousand Smiles. Well done Siam Kempinski. Will be back soon.

Flawless experience.
Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The in room amenities, the breakfast, gym and health club all equipped to the highest standard. The rooms all look into a beautiful garden which feels like a beach resort in the middle of the city. If you can stay in the garden wing I recommend as it is low rise and closer to the pool and gym. Even the men’s hot tub has a view over the city! The staff were all superb and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Location is great for getting around as it is on both of the sky train lines. Adjacent to 4 enormous malls and the Bangkok cultural centre.

I first stayed with this hotel some years ago. My first stay with them did not impress me. However, on this occasion, I have found that the hotel and its personnel has matured to an extent that I personally feel that it is now a first-class establishment which is capable of making the most demanding travelers happy.
