She asked if we had any preferences regarding our room, and we asked if we could possibly have a room near the fitness area, and she gave us the room right next to it!! That was amazing! was clean with lots of shaded and comfortable areas to sit. The beach pass was an added bonus. My only complaint is there is no fan in the bathroom and it fogged up so much that the toilet paper becomes so wet you can't use it."
