The resort is spread out, the only means of transportation from one location to another is golf carts handled by staff or boat ride along the private river. Of course you can walk. Market area is nice where the restaurants, shopping and entertainment is held. Check in desk Edith one of the reps is amazing and helpful compared to the rest of the staff.

This was a great property. I only have a couple of cons. First one of the sinks in our bathroom was leaking. I reported it they came in to fix it but it continued to leak. Second the TV cut off every 6 minutes. I like to watch television in the morning while I’m getting dressed and it was not an option. Third the elevator was broken for several day so we had to take three flights of stairs whenever we left or returned. The staff was the best thing about the resort . They were so pleasant. They made it such a great vibe.

Pool was clean, get your pool chairs saved early. Golf carts are plenty to get around. Beach was clean, calm waters. Staff super friendly. The spa and gym.both great, clean and modern. Orlando gave the best deep tissue massage.
