El Ocean Rivera Paradise es un lindisimo hotel, con un excelente nivel de gastronomia, pero lamentablemente el no tener playa y la falta de aire acondicionado en los restaurants baja la puntuacion. Una lastima porque es un gran all inclusive

If you're on a budget this is your resort
The lobby area is really nice, the staff is very friendly. I recommend you watch which room number, they put on your bag tags. One set of bags were delivered to someone else's room. And 1 bag never made it to the room. I had to go all the way to the front to find it. We had a swim up, and it was dirty the entire stay, so we couldn't enjoy it. The pool by the Eden building, looked dirty. The food is nasty except for the specialty restaurants.

2 coffee bags, 2 water bottles, 2 beers, sodas per day in room If you asked for more you are charged for room service unless you’re in the privileged rooms. Which o think is ridiculous especially if you’re already paying for an all inclusive hotel.

Ocean Riviera is a great all inclusive hotel. Staff is really nice and friendly. I had a great time at eden pool with the swim up bar. Alberaldo was also my favorite, knew how to make the drinks perfect, sweet and was also super funny. The food was good. Highly recommend making a reservation for steakhouse. Swim up suite was also really nice. Great for swimming at night. There also wasn’t a lot of activities to do but I still had a great time and still highly recommend!

Cancun Fail
Cancun is an awesome place don't get me wrong. This hotel though Ocean Riviera Paradise was a FAIL. Although it looks nice from the outside everything else is just a NO. Checking in they kept telling me I was an Expedia client when clearly I booked through Hotels.com. So that was an issue. They upgraded us to the El Beso section which is adults only. No reason why it's adults only. Nothing special. The rooms are mediocre at best. Dated and looks old. The only thing I loved was the swim out part of the room. In this building the power went out 3 different days. Tried to ask front desk what's up with that and they look at me like I'm stupid. When you pay over 5K you should have power. All Inclusive here does not include room service. If you want more water and beers in your room they charge you a restocking fee. Nonsense. The beach was small and covered with seaweed. They have plenty of pool options though. Entertainment at the pools is cool. Very fun and friendly staff at the pools. Food is just a big no. I am guessing for all inclusive maybe you can't expect quality, good food. Didn't like any of it. The only thing I liked was the bread and butter. The only restaurant that is somewhat good was the Italian. The hibachi restaurant food wasn't good but the chef was a great entertainer. The Steakhouse is nothing to talk about. There were some people that were just awesome and some people that were not. At check out they tried to charge me for room service that I did not get.
