6/10 Good

Nice but Pricey
First thing, the property is nice with great location. The restaurant food was very good, but pricey. Our accommodations were very cool and clean. However the outdoor wooden furniture is so uncomfortable, you will need a yoga class to help with the sore back after a few days sitting on it. The property needs to do something about this, pillows are not the solution.
All prices are in pesos on the property, as it should. However when you check out the invoice is exchanged into US$ at the property’s decided exchange rate (higher than actual exchange rate). If you are a local they are asking guests to pay in US dollars not pesos, this is Wrong. The invoice should be in Pesos so guest can pay using their own credit card with a favourable exchange rate to the peso. If not a guest would have paid an invoice in pesos converted into US$, then to their home credit card currency. This means an over payment due to many exchange conversions. At check out, I had to really push to be charged in pesos as I wanted to pay using my Canadian credit card. I would suggest a maximum 2 nights stay.
