Choosing Big 4 Tasman Holiday Parks was the perfect decision. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly — nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction felt welcoming and easy. The cabins were spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented with modern décor that made the stay feel comfortable and relaxed rather than basic or generic. The sheets were clean and fresh, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a truly restful night’s sleep. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a great location, with excellent service and quality accommodation. I would highly recommend Big 4 Tasman Holiday Parks to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality close to the beach.

The Irish beauty at check in makes the price of admission worth it alone. Could listen to her all day. Otherwise, good stay, right across from beach and walk. Quiet and comfortable.

This was our 2nd stay at Big 4 Tasman Parks, Rowes Bay in an En-suite Studio. The staff are always welcoming, the bed’s very comfy, the studio is extremely clean and the gardens in the park itself are beautifully kept. We love the location, across from the beach for a late afternoon or early morning walk. Will definitely stay next year when in Cairns again.

We almost packed up and came home as we were getting botten in bed When we pulled the sheets back the were quite a few ants in the bed, so we brushed them out with our hands and decided to stay and ended up having a good rest. Nice hot shower
