My first time at a capsule hotel and it was fun and cheap. I think it might be upscale compared to some. They offer everything you need: bedding, pajamas, robe, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, nice vanity area, blow dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, and locker area near sleeping pods. The sleeping pods close with a curtain at your feet so you may need to use their provided earplugs, but I was fine. And very comfortable and cozy for sitting up reading or watching my Netflix, Enough space not to feel claustrophobic. It's in a modern kind-of boring part of town with offices but not a lot of other stuff like restaurants. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Tokyo Station so that's convenient. Men and women are on separate locked floors. You can either leave your suitcase locked in their office and just bring up what you need, or keep your suitcase near the lockers where it's probably safe but no guarantee. Staff were nice and helpful.
