Amazing Onsen
I needed a quick place to stay for 1 night. Onsen open late. It is small but there was no people at the time. I love watching stars from onsen. The room had a massage chair. I actually never tried one before. It was amazing. I actually miss it so much. Hotel is within waling distance to the station. Gyu Kaku and many other restaurants. Convinience store and park is right near by. The staff is very nice. I like the cute note they left after they clean the room. It tells you who cleaned it and a little about them. Very nice touch. For center of Tokyo!!! great stay.

The property is about 3-minute walk from Kitasenju station that connects to a lot of lines. What we liked most is the breakfast buffet. They serve different Japanese breakfast each day. Our room (double, corner) is bigger than most hotels around Tokyo even the bathroom is bigger. It also has its own massage chair. There are two separate hot springs which we used every night. This is a great amenity for relaxation! They also restock our room snacks and water everyday. Customer service is great too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back if given the chance.

The staff was very professional, helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was very good, even had coffee latte. It really helped start the day without having to worry about where to eat. The massage chair in the room was an added plus to recover from all the walking. 2-3 minute walk to Kitasenju station (a major station to many train lines). Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here as this hotel is only an exit away from my brother, and I will absolutely stay here again. The hotel staff I dealt with spoke enough English for me to check in and understand the house rules, and the rooms themselves are small but comfy. The only thing I can find someone having an issue with could be the pillows as they're a little heavy. Note they do have a spa, but i was advised to make sure, since I have tattoos, that i was there either alone or just not go in at all. The hotel has a free soda fountain and alcohol that you have access to DAILY and breakfast in the morning. The slippers they offered in the rooms are uncomfortable so I'd pack your own. The location overall was perfect, as I was a 2 minute walk from two malls, a 3 min walk to the Kitasenju station, surrounded by food options, thrift store locations, and there's a DonQuijote and a Daiso that are walking distance. 10/10 would stay again

The hotel is a short distance to Kitasenju station which is very convenient. There are plenty of dining options within short walking distance. Shopping places are plentiful close to the hotel. The hotel room is a little bigger than hotels of same categories. It also has a massage chair. There are 2 water bottles and snacks are provided daily. Room is cleaned daily and cleaned very well. Towels are of good quality. Reception staff are professional, courteous and very helpful.

The room is very good. It's quite larger than other hotels. Bathtub is bigger also. There are several amenities you can pick at the lobby. I booked a smoking room because all non-smoking room were full but just had a bit smell. That's acceptable. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is delicious and the menu changes daily. There is Happy Hour all you can drink! in the evening. It's so good. Will definitely stay here again.
