8/10 Very good

Basic accommodation but fine for a couple of nights. We were royally looked after. Easy walk to shops, Australia Fair and light rail. Will stay there again.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The accomodation was clean and affordable and within walking distance to everything we needed. Thank you

8/10 Very good

The staff were welcoming and helpful. There appears to be residents there, and they were lovely to me... One said "you will love it here" as I checked in. It's a bit dated and has dorm rooms, so it's not for a honeymoon, but fine for a cheap stay. Close to the tram too
Peter, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The managers, Ben and Emma are just the most amazing people who are running an accomodation centre that faces difficult circumstances which are out of there control. It is in a wonderful location with public transport close by.Thank you so much for the kindness you showed me in trying circumstances, I will see you again in the future.

4/10 Fair

Staff was friendly. Was not dirty but lots of small cockroaches and bugs in room. Near shops, food and transport but not alot other than that.

The property was clean bed was comfortable clean shower and bathroom. TV on wall did not work sliding door to balcony which was on street level did not lock took a lot of effort just to slide it shut did not feel safe with unlockable door at street level, had no aircon, they did waive the cost of parking to their underground secure parking lot the bed was very comfortable

2/10 Poor

Do not stay here, I waited over 20 minutes just to check-in , phone numbers did not work, someone was trying to get someone to come to reception but no one turned up. It felt like a crack house we were did not feel safe to stay here DO NOT STAY HERE!
Tracey, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

You get what you pay for. Little creepy crawlers were probably the worst. Run down place, but cheap. Bunk beds had no ladder which was an issue for kids. A bit noisy at night with cars on the road and open window. Please note the rooms have fans. Good parking and host was very welcoming.
Bella, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Should be removed from wotiff. Basically a half way house. Not a hotel. Whole place and room stunk of cigarettes. guest basically passed out from drugs in the kitchen. Didn't stay the night, left straight away. Didn't feel safe
David, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Mmm. Not what it appears to be. It is a hostel. There were no cups - literally, neither in the room or the shared kitchen. I think the managers are doing the best they can with what they have however this is not somewhere I would ever recommend nor would I stay again.
Alicia, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Got given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. So they changed my room. Came home with bites all over my body. Bed was full of bedbugs. Yuk.
Nicholas, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Sorry to say, but this is a smelly and dirty damp. Not to be expected if Australian standards.
Gregory, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

No TV in the room. Not what you advertised
Phil, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very bad condition in every way inside has not cleaned , share bathroom and it was a mess we just left couldn’t make a night, lot of young dude and loud, sorry people at front was nice but I have to be honest.

4/10 Fair

Staff great, but ...
The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming when I checked in and everyone else was very nice - couldn't ask for more information there. It is well located, with a nice pub virtually across the road, the tram at the end of the street and Australia Fair (albeit undergoing significant renovations) just around the corner. But unfortunately one of the showers was out of order, the other hand very little to no hot water (which I was fine with on a muggy day!) No bins in the room or bathroom either. And I have spent the past three days itching and scratching all over from bedbug bites, which is extremely unpleasant!
Brendan, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The only good thing about this place is the onsite managers, they were lovely. But this place should be rated 1 star and should be $50 a night. This is more like a homeless shelter. They even let someone in off the streets to use to amenities and kitchen. No restaurant as stated just a kitchen for you to cook yourself. Although each room is locked, the building is left open at night, unsecured so anyone can walk in off the street and use facilities. No tv, lucky to have a fridge that works and cockroaches. This place should NOT be listed as holiday accommodation. No off street parking and you have to pay $10 a night to use their carpark which is half filled with a gym and people playing pool. Lucky I only live an hour away and was down on the coast for an event so I didn't even end up staying.
